dimensions

after big bang 13-26 dimensions appeared and we only know 4 of them WIDTH,HEIGHT,LENGTH and TIME and can control only 3 of em!will we able to control the time one day?some may say yes but without knowin the other dimensions its IMPOSSIBLE
